Aims & Objectives
To build confidence in Islamic Identity
We believe that all Muslims should be proud of their faith, but at the same time be tolerant of other faiths and the diverse societies they live in. By learning about what it means to be a Muslim and building confidence in one’s identity, we can then use those developed characteristics to make a positive impact on society.
Guiding students in the core basics of Islam
Every building needs a solid foundation and so does every Muslim. At Al Fath Academy, our foundations are built by teaching about faith, prayer, virtues, examples set by our beloved Prophets, and of course the teachings taught to us directly by God via the Qur’an
To build strong characters
Our societies are calling for strong leaders and representatives. Al Fath Academy aims to develop self-belief in our students to help them become great future leaders and pave the way for more to follow.
To cover contemporary issues
Our diverse societies are ever-changing, causing new issues to develop that need to be tackled and addressed whilst still knowing where we stand as Muslims. Al Fath Academy aims to tackle these issues head-on whether it is covered as part of our carefully thought out curriculum or the matter requires a more personal guidance outside of teaching hours.

Alhamdulillah! Alfath Academy has helped my son to read Quran and understand the basics of Islam. The lessons are structured methodically with a primary focus on reading and understanding the Quran and understanding the principles of Islam and how those are applied in our way of life. The classes are very engaging and he strives to do his best by doing his homework. I initially became a student of Sheikh Omar to improve my Tajweed and overall recitation. I have been able to take away key methods to improve my recitation and to also aid with my memorisation of the Qur’an. He is able to teach students of all levels and will provide a short but key piece of advice at the beginning or end of his classes. However, Sheikh Omar is more than just a teacher, but he is also an advisor who is honest and will always make time to assist you with any question regarding the religion. It is truly a blessing from Allah to have him as a teacher.
